Here are some known issues & common solutions:

- Videos stall or stutter
- Try setting the game to a lower resolution under Video settings
- Try setting video quality to ‘low quality’ under Video settings
- Try disabling your graphics driver’s Vsync for this game if is turned on
- The game .exe is deleted when I exit the game
- Add the game to your antivirus program’s whitelist
